He has been Founder & Chief Coaching Officer of Club Coach Services since 2003. A domestic & international presenter for IHRSA & the IHRSA Institute, Frank is an alumni presenter for NERSA, CCD & MACMA as well. At American Family Fitness, he is predominantly responsible for revenue generation, net membership growth, operational consistency and accountability for 9 multi-purpose, family friendly fitness locations in central Virginia. In addition, he is intimately involved with the development of technology & systems to improve team member on-boarding, training and development along with member engagement and retention. 

American Family Fitness is in the top 50 of the largest privately-owned health club chains in North America in terms of annual revenue and the largest in central VA. They are a past recipient of the prestigious Impact Award from the Richmond Metro Community Chamber of Commerce. Their clubs range in size from 35,000 square feet to 98,000 square feet. 

He is a proud Penn Stater along with his bride of 31 years and have a house divided with both their son and daughter who went to “Carolina”, one North and the other South.
