Scott Morgenroth is a Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Net Promoter Associate with extensive franchisor experience. As part of the leadership team, Scott helped grow i9 Sports, a pioneer in Youth Sports Franchising, from a start-up franchise brand to 150 highly successful units.

i9 Sports has been named #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine and has been ranked in the prestigious Franchise 500® for 8 straight years. In his 10 years at i9 sports, Scott developed the franchise training program and business coaching model. Scott sourced, implemented, and gained network adoption of the Net Promoter Score system, Listen360, and led a network improvement in NPS of 8 points.

Brandy supported PODS growth in 70+ company-owned markets and worked to align franchisees with local marketing activities and system promotions. Prior to PODS, Brandy was with the children’s services brand, i9 Sports. At i9 Sports, she was responsible for the position and execution of the organization’s core product –the i9 Sports Experience. She brings over 10+ years of experience as a resourceful leader with a proven track record of achievement in brand management and field marketing in franchise structured organizations. Brandy leads with a customer-focused approach for brand positioning, content strategies, demand generation and customer experience.
